In this context, we find ourselves in the process of implementing a series of actions and policies to guarantee your health and safety in order to continue being able to host our guests.

If you made your reservation using partner points with third parties, other than Live Aqua Residence Club, the cancellation must comply with the policies of the third parties.
We understand any uncertainty that you may have about COVID-19 and for this reason we have put into effect new cancellation policies in our Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Americana, The Explorean, Fiesta Inn, Gamma, and one hotels.
Starting March 13 and until April 30, 2020, you can cancel with no fee up to 24 hours before your arrival. If your case does not fit in these stipulations, we will review it in a timely manner to try to offer a better solution. We also have flexibility to modify the dates of your reservations for your trip.
This period may be extended depending on the indications by authorities and the evolution of the pandemic.
Additionally, we will closely follow the official information and recommendations issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Ministry of Health. Accordingly, in preparation for and prevention of the spread of COVID-19, we have activated the following measures in all of our hotels:
Likewise, we would like to highlight that our hotels are governed by strict international and national protocols related to sanitary and hygiene regulations, and comply with quality certifications such as the "Cristal International Standards" and the "H Distinction" awarded by the Secretary of Tourism and the Secretary of Health in Mexico.

So, here we offer you different services to address concerns, including access to a primary care doctor immediately available in all our hotels, as well as alliances with the best health institutions in each destination, in case you require specialized attention.
